Terms and Conditions

When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. All prices listed on www.malicollective.com are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Mali Collective and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Mali Collective, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Mali Collective acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Mali Collective, or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation that your order has been received, as such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order. Following formation of the contract, Mali Collective shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made or customised to your order.

You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter, email or by using the cancellation form on the website # within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See RETURNS section for details of how to return goods to us.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if you need to return any item please do so within 14 days, ensuring that the item returned is in perfect condition and unused for a refund or exchange.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our products where if the hygiene seal plastic has been tampered with due to hygienic considerations (your statutory rights are not affected).

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in postage and for peace of mind you may like to send the goods via a recorded delivery service. We regret that we cannot refund this charge.

While we offer free UK standard delivery, no refund will be offered on any return postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.

Faulty Goods

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform us within 14 days of receipt including a photo and description of the fault. You can email us: madebymali@gmail.com

We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement for you at no additional cost.

Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

You warrant that your details provided to us is valid, accurate, and up to date. Your account information can easily be updated by simply clicking on the sign-in/register link at the top right of our site. This will take you to our sign in screen. Once you have signed into your account you will be able to change account details such as password, billing address, and email. From here you will also be able to add extra delivery addresses to your address book and review past orders.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password and agree to take responsibility for all activities occurring under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Mali Collective online's best interests to do so.

Any sales and promotional offer mentioned through Mali Collective social media that includes exclusive online offers and discount will only be valid for online shopping.

We will not be able to honour any online discounts at the pop-up event unless there’s a sale or promotional offers during the actual event.

If you are a student and in higher education, we are delighted to offer you a 15% off discount on Mali Collective jewellery. To apply for your student discount code, please email us your valid student ID, and proof of when your course starts and expires. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your student discount code.

If you would like to redeem your discount at the pop-up event, please bring your valid student ID with you and we will honour it.

Unfortunately the student discount will not apply to any workshop events. We respect your privacy, anything you share with us is confidential.
